  1. Just got my Powerball (Signature Pro Edition) today and given it a go for the first time! Anyone else got one?! I'm having to give it a rest at the mo as my arms ache too much after only a few goes! Laughing Embarassed

  3. I have that. Be careful. Its very powerful and your arm will hate you tomorrow.

  4. Too late...I'm actually finding it hard to type at the mo as my arms are all shaky! Flex Sweat

  5. Errr whats it for???

  6. It's supposedly "like being able to carry 50 different dumbbells in your pocket"! Laughing

It's like an exercise toy for strengthening and toning you shoulders, arms and wrists (no jokes about playing with my balls to strengthen my wrist thank you very much! Embarassed) by having a gyroscope inside which you can spin at over 16000rpm (if you can get it to go that fast without spontaneously combusting your wrist!), and so exerts a huge amount of force against your arm, something like 40lbs of pressure from something the size of a tennis ball and which weighs less than 300grams! Sweatdrop

wirelessly posted from a on the Vodafone networkphone used to send this mms: Vodafone

  13. My arm seriously aches today!! So I guess it must actually be doing something muscle-wise Very Happy Depending on the position you hold it, and which direction you spin it, you can change the area it tones, eg pecs, forearm, biceps, etc Very Happy There's even more advertising blurb than I can spew out over at powerballs.com Wink

  17. Well I might of dropped the one in this vid by accident... Embarassed It wasn't quite the same after that! Laughing Sad

So I upgraded to the metal powerball, and wow that's a lot harder to do higher speeds with! I've got to about 10k (or just below, need to have a look) but not beyond yet, altho been a while since I used it. I think I got to 11k on the powerball I dropped (in fact, it was doing my highest speed when that I dropped it!)

    Might have another spin tonight!
