mct baking 1st time

me and the young'un' trying to bake the very simple *fairy cakes*I used baking soda which blow them up to the size of muffins

hahaha! I made a cake a few years ago for a party and forgot the self-raising flower or something (altho i'm sure i put it in), and it looked pretty much like a bigger version of those! I felt completely "deflated" when it came out the oven!

Self raising flower! yes, that's what I should have used the 1st time round

my 2nd attempt was much better (with thanks to my mum on the phone), though I'd like to upload it! I won't it's about 3-5 minutes long with me & the young'un' jumping for joy Tasted yummy!!! with icing on top
